Shipping
Currently, I provide services to 29 countries! I do not ship to some remote and less-accessible locations, but am very happy to chat with you about creative shipping / delivery options. Please email me at the above email address with questions and/or ideas you would like to discuss further. My Customer Care team will contact you if your orders come to any undeliverable countries/regions.

Express shipping is only available for the United States and Australia.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer (if not made by me). It must be sent to the following Address: c/o Charity Adams, 3055 NW Yeon Avenue , Portland, OR 97209.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Time

Refund Policy
I offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Exchanges
